The Second Annual PAVE Essay Contest and Scholarship Program encourages high school students to contemplate a future with autonomous vehicles – and what the technology could mean for theircommunities. Eligible students will select an essay prompt and write an essay of 1,000 words or fewer. The author of the TOP 3 essays will receive college scholarship awards.

We are hosting a short course for students, professors, practicing engineers, and industry professionals to gain specialized classroom instruction from world renown experts on the design and construction of Ground Improvement, Support of Excavation, MSE Walls, and Slope Stabilization. The venue is the Smithfield Center in beautiful Smithfield, VA on June 24-28, 2024. This event is FREE for FULL TIME faculty and students!
