8:05 a.m. – 8:35 a.m. – Executive Director’s Report The Board of Direction will be asked to receive an update on activities of the Society since October 2022.
8:35 a.m. – 9:20 a.m. – Board Strategic Advisory Committee/Committee On Implementation The Board of Direction is asked to receive the final report of the BSAC and its Strategic Planning Implementation Committee.
9:20 a.m. – 9:40 a.m. – Environmental and Water Resources Institute The Board of Direction will be asked to receive an update on the activities of EWRI and to consider how EWRI might play a role in achieving the planned ASCE Strategic Shifts.
9:40 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – Committee on Sustainability The Board of Direction will be asked to receive an update on the progress of integrating sustainability throughout ASCE activities, initiatives, and all ASCE entities and how the new strategic plan will shape the work of COS.
10:00 a.m. – 10:20 a.m. – Membership Update The Board of Direction will be asked to receive an update on the 2022 membership information.
10:20 a.m. – 10:35 a.m. – Break
10:35 a.m. – 10:55 a.m. – At Large Director Criteria The Board of Direction will be asked to review and approve the updated At Large Director criteria for FY2023.
10:55 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. – Government Engineers Council The Board of Direction will be asked to receive information on the completed and planned activities of the Government Engineers Council (GEC) and the constituent committee, Public Agency Peer Review Committee (PAPRC).
11:15 a.m. – 11:35 a.m. – Resolutions The Board of Direction will be asked to approve the actions taken on Resolutions received. |
